Wellness Space offering a variety of yoga sessions through the weekend.

 

Beach Vinyasa Flow Yoga

11am Saturday and Sunday

A dynamic style of yoga great for those who want to get the body moving and the heart pumping. 

Not suitable for anyone with injuries or those who are pregnant. 

 

Stretch & Relax Yoga

2pm Saturday and Sunday

The first half of the class is a nice and easy stretch class. So if you are stiff or have frequent aches and pains then this will be right up your street. The second half of the class is all about relaxation. The poses chosen here are to sooth, calm and relax.

Perfect for beginners, anyone recovering from an injury and suitable during pregnancy.

 

Breathwork and Meditation

Timings TBC

In this class we will explore our breath using a variety of techniques used to relax and destress. You will then be led through a relaxing guided meditation (no experience required). 

Suitable for everyone.

Sessions are 45
 minutes long and cost £5 per person and you can book on this website https://www.wellnessspace.co.uk/beach-yoga or you're welcome to just turn up on the day.
