The wonderful guys at Aria Art and Movement will be providing taster sessions in Wind Dancing and Aerial on Sunday at 11 and 12pm.
 

11 am Wind-dancing - Come and move with the elements. Guided movement using fabric to catch the air and free the body . No experience necessary. Pay as you feel
 

12pm Aerial tasters - Aerial for everyone! Come and try aerial hoop and silks in this fun taster session. All ages welcome. No experience necessary. £8 per person
